Quad biking in the Palmeraie
The Palmeraie is the palm grove on the northern edge of Marrakech, ten minutes from the medina. Two hours of guided quad biking on its tracks costs from €40 per person including transfers — the quickest way to ride a quad without leaving the city.
Palmeraie or Agafay?
The Palmeraie is closer and greener: palm groves, dirt tracks, small hamlets. The Agafay is a desert plateau with long open views and better scenery, but it is 40 minutes away and usually part of a longer outing. If you only have a spare afternoon, ride the Palmeraie.
